In this
workshop we will practice centering meditation and design Creative Life
Collages:
Centering
Meditation empowers you to be present in the moment and there find the voice
of clarity, guidance and natural rhythm within yourself.
Tapping into
your center enables you to express the beauty & grace of your Spirit. A
Creative Life Collage is a reflection of your life as you stand in the light
of your truth and freedom of Spirit.
